Shipping Methods and Costs: We use PostNL to deliver orders. The cost for shipping within the Netherlands is €6,95, while shipping to other European countries is €12,95.
Processing Time: Our processing time varies depending on the items you purchase. Larger models require more time to 3D print. After the printing process is complete, it typically takes about 1-3 days to ship your order. Rest assured, we work diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time:
- Within the Netherlands: Delivery usually takes around 1-2 days.
- In other European countries: Delivery times range from 1-5 business days. Please note that in some cases, it might take longer due to external factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information: Once your order is fulfilled, we will send you a Track & Trace code so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. This ensures you are always aware of where your package is and when to expect it.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
